If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods according to the specifications defined by the General Conditions of Sale .

How to change size:
1) Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags still attached and with the receipt inside the package; 2) Send a request for authorization to lachiocciolariccione@gmail.com ; 3) Specify the name and quantity of the items you want to replace and the delivery address of the goods; 4) Upon approval, we will send the courier to collect the item at the address provided; 5) As soon as the goods have arrived in the store we will check that the items are in the same initial conditions and we will deliver the new items.

Refunds will be made after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase, reduced by € 15 for the return management costs.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 5-10 days.
In the case of payment via Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer you will need to provide us with your IBAN to make a transfer in your favor.
